The best way to contact the Wellbeing and Disability Service is by email as this allows us to easily direct queries to the right area: wellbeingdisability@swansea.ac.uk

Our response time for emails is typically 3 working days but this may be longer during busy periods. 

The University Switchboard can be contacted on 01792 205678. If transferred, our support team operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm. We cannot transfer calls to individual practitioners or counsellors unless prearranged as this may disrupt appointments. If you do need to contact a specific member of staff, please email us and we will ensure your query is passed on.

Please note, we are not open on bank holidays.

Appointments

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If your appointment is at the Wellbeing and Disability Service on Singleton Campus, our Reception is Room 941 Talbot Building.

The most accessible way to get to us is to enter Faraday Building off the Mall and go to the end of the long corridor straight ahead of you. Turn right through brown double doors, and our Reception is 5 doors down on the left. Campus maps are available.
