Support at Swansea University

Participation provides information, advice, and guidance to diverse communities of students and the professionals who may be working with them.  

Our main aims involve delivering targeted support to these students and applicants who face potential barriers to Higher Education, ensuring that students can progress, thrive, and succeed in their studies and wider lives.  

We offer a variety of support options, dependent on individual circumstances, please see below for further information on the options available to groups we support. 

Confidentiality and Consent to Share

All information dealt with by Participation is done so in the strictest confidence. On the occasions that we need to consult staff from other departments, or external organisations, we only do so with prior consent from you.

However, in the event of an emergency or serious concern, we may need to make contact with relevant departments or individuals to ensure we can provide the best support possible. To learn more about the Consent to Share Policy for our team, please see the statement below.
