Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to close the MyUniHub desk on Singleton Campus. Whilst the desk remains closed, you will only be able to contact the team by telephone on 01792 606000, email by MyUniHub@swansea.ac.uk and or live chat. We are working hard to reopen the service as quickly as possible.

The MyUniHub team are here to help you access a wide range of University support services and to help you resolve any queries you may have.

What we do and where to find us

The friendly MyUniHub Team are here to help with enrolment queries, providing proof of student status, and signposting to other departments and services within the university. If you're not sure who to ask, come and see us - we will always try to help, and if we don't know the answer, we'll find someone who does.  

On Singleton Campus, you'll find us in the Library, next to the helpdesk. We are located in Building 7.

On Bay Campus, you'll find us in the Tower Information Centre. We are located in Building 9.
