A little bit about me ...

I am married and have two teenage boys, Tom and Carwyn. We have a dog called Pepper, who is a Collie x Kelpie and is loved by everyone who meets her! I love the outdoors particularly walking the dog around all parts of Gower. I love all kinds of sports, from cycling, to running but my latest passion is Stand up paddle boarding! I'm always up for a challenge and have done a number of sponsored abseils over the years, a sponsored skydive in 2013, and I completed Ride London in 2019 before the world went mad!
