Frequently Asked Questions at this time of year

I’m having issues accessing the EC system. Who can I contact?

Any IT issues in relation to E:vision should be reported via the IT Service Desk Portal. .

I have EC evidence due but cannot upload to my existing request. What should I do?

Please email this directly to StudentSupport-ScienceEngineering@swansea.ac.uk. We will upload this to your request on our return.

I’m having an issue with my submission point on Canvas. What should I do?

Please email your work directly to your Module Coordinator, copying in StudentSupport-ScienceEngineering@swansea.ac.uk.

I have not had an outcome for my Extenuating Circumstances request yet. What should I do?

Our team aims to respond within 2 working days, which may be disrupted over the University Closure Period. We strongly advise students to submit what work you have completed prior to the deadline. If your request is then approved, you will be allowed to re-submit your work.

Can I still access my support from the wellbeing service?

Our Wellbeing and Disability Service will also be closed over the Bank Holiday. If you require urgent support, please refer to our Getting Help in a Crisis webpage.
