For the City and County of Swansea area:
If you are the person seeing a potential issue or being involved in a near miss, we recommend that you report this to the Active Travel team in Swansea Council, activetravel@swansea.gov.uk
Provide a detailed description of the potential hazard or report the issue with the following details:
- Photos if you have them
- A full description of the issue, e.g. glass on the path, overgrown foliage, fallen tree, illegal bikes
- For illegal bikes, i.e. electric scooters and illegal modified electric bikes, also report to 101 if possible
As well as this, due to the path being outside the University grounds, this also needs to be reported to Swansea Council via their Report it forms, especially for this purpose. For Swansea Council, which has responsibility for the part of the path, the ‘report it’ form, which you can upload pictures and maps to, can be found here: Potholes - Swansea
