Your Timetable

This page provides guidance to help you access and view your teaching timetable.

You will only be able to see your timetable once you have completed online enrolment. Returning students only need to enrol at the start of each academic year.

You can check your enrolment status via your intranet account. If you need support, please visit the Enrolment & Orientation page for full guidance.

Note: Your live timetable will only be populated a few days before teaching begins, you can check the start date for your course on the Semester Dates page.

Accessing Your Timetable

You can access your timetable via: Publish

Issue with your timetable? Select from the options below

My timetable is blank

If your timetable is blank after you have logged in, please make sure you have:

Enrolled on your course
Logged in to the timetable system using your University login
Paid any outstanding tuition fees (outstanding fees will cause a block to be placed on your timetable)

If the issue persists, you can report a timetable issue via: Timetable Issue Reporting

Please allow 2 working days for the timetabling team to investigate and resolve your issue.

I have multiple classes scheduled at the same time

If you have multiple classes scheduled at the same time, this is known as a clash.

I'm missing a module from my timetable

If you think you are missing a module from your timetable, please make sure you have read your results letter as you may be doing a repeat module this semester instead.
